There will be splendid acting. Daniel-Day Lewis is one of the best actors, but he always flies under the radar. Yes, he did win the award for this one, but still nobody knows who he is. The first half of the movie was great. The second half brought it down a notch. The vilification of Daniel Plainview was the sinker.
